Conditions

1. Sewer line must have been inspected by the CCTV Drain Camera by one of the servicemen at Omega Services

2.The blockage is in the same section of drain that was cleared last time by Omega Services

3. You must have registered your warranty card first by calling us on 1300 558 730 

4. Omega Services reserves the right to decline warranty if there are damaged sections of the drains ie. broken pipes, joints or subsided sections of drains

5. Omega Services must have been the most recent company to attend the drain prior to it re-blocking6. Foreign objects in the drain found to be the cause of the blockage will void all warranty
